เงื่อนไขการใช้บริการ
ผู้ใช้บริการจำเป็นต้องสมัครบัญชีเพื่อใช้บริการ โดยเลือกใช้อีเมลหรือแพลตฟอร์มโซเชียลมีเดียสำหรับสร้างบัญชี ทั้งนี้ ผู้ใช้บริการสามารถแก้ไขหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อมูลบัญชีได้ด้วยตนเองภายหลังตามที่บริษัทกำหนด หากสมัครผ่านแพลตฟอร์มโซเชียลมีเดีย บริษัทจอห์นชาวไร่ เกมส์เซ็นเตอร์ จำกัด อาจเข้าถึงข้อมูลตามที่ผู้ใช้บริการได้อนุญาตผ่านผู้ให้บริการแพลตฟอร์มนั้น ภายใต้นโยบายของบริษัท
ผู้ใช้บริการจำเป็นต้องเก็บรักษาข้อมูลการเข้าถึงบัญชีของตนไว้เป็นความลับ และยินยอมว่าการใช้บริการใดๆ ผ่านบัญชีของตนถือเป็นการกระทำโดยผู้ใช้บริการเองทุกประการ บริษัทจอห์นชาวไร่ เกมส์เซ็นเตอร์ จำกัด จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายใดๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นจากการใช้บัญชีดังกล่าว
ผู้ใช้บริการยินยอมว่าไม่สามารถยกเลิก แก้ไข เปลี่ยนแปลงข้อมูล หรือเพิกถอนบริการที่ดำเนินการเสร็จสิ้นแล้ว และต้องผูกพันตามรายการดังกล่าวทุกประการ
ผู้ใช้บริการยินยอมให้บริษัทระงับบัญชีในกรณีที่มีการป้อนรหัสผ่านผิดเกินจำนวนครั้งที่กำหนด และสามารถแจ้งความจำนงเพื่อยกเลิกการระงับบัญชีกับบริษัทได้
หากผู้ใช้บริการลืมรหัสผ่าน สามารถเปลี่ยนรหัสผ่านได้ผ่านแพลตฟอร์มของบริษัท โดยระบุอีเมลที่ใช้สมัคร ทั้งนี้ บริษัทจอห์นชาวไร่ เกมส์เซ็นเตอร์ จำกัด ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่ช่วยเหลือในกรณีที่ผู้ใช้บริการลืมอีเมลหรือไม่สามารถเข้าถึงอีเมลได้ เพื่อความปลอดภัยของบัญชี
ผู้ใช้บริการสามารถใช้บัญชีสำหรับเติมเงินเข้าสู่แพลตฟอร์ม ชำระค่าสินค้า และ/หรือค่าบริการอื่นๆ ตามที่บริษัทอาจขยายขอบเขตในอนาคต
ผู้ใช้บริการตกลงชำระค่าธรรมเนียมการใช้บริการตามอัตราที่บริษัทกำหนด ทั้งนี้ บริษัทจอห์นชาวไร่ เกมส์เซ็นเตอร์ จำกัด สงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงอัตราค่าธรรมเนียมโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า
ผู้ใช้บริการรับทราบว่าบริษัทจอห์นชาวไร่ เกมส์เซ็นเตอร์ จำกัด เป็นเพียงตัวกลางในการจำหน่ายสินค้า และไม่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องใดๆ กับบริษัทที่ให้บริการเกม
การปฏิเสธการให้บริการ
บริษัทจอห์นชาวไร่ เกมส์เซ็นเตอร์ จำกัด ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธการใช้บริการในกรณีดังต่อไปนี้:
1. การทำรายการที่มีการแจ้งข้อมูลปลอมแปลง
2. การทำรายการที่มียอดใช้งานผิดปกติ หรือมีลักษณะน่าสงสัย
3. การเติมเงินผ่านช่องทางหรือบัญชีที่ไม่ได้ลงทะเบียนไว้
หากบริษัทตรวจพบว่ามีการเติมเงินจากบัญชีธนาคารหรืออีวอลเล็ทที่ไม่ตรงกับข้อมูลที่ลงทะเบียนไว้ บริษัทขอระงับการใช้งานจนกว่าผู้ใช้บริการจะยืนยันตัวตน หากไม่ยืนยันข้อมูลภายใน 7 วันทำการ บริษัทจอห์นชาวไร่ เกมส์เซ็นเตอร์ จำกัด สงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธการให้บริการ
ในกรณีที่ไม่สามารถยืนยันตัวตนได้ บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่ดำเนินการใดๆ โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า
ข้อกำหนดเพิ่มเติม
- บริษัทจอห์นชาวไร่ เกมส์เซ็นเตอร์ จำกัด จะพยายามให้บริการอย่างดีที่สุด แต่หากเกิดข้อผิดพลาดหรือความล่าช้าจากระบบต่างๆ ผู้ใช้บริการตกลงไม่เรียกร้องค่าเสียหายใดๆ
- ผู้ใช้บริการตกลงว่าจะไม่ใช้ข้อผิดพลาดของระบบในการแสวงหาประโยชน์ หากตรวจพบ บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ระงับบัญชีทันทีโดยไม่แจ้งล่วงหน้า พร้อมเรียกค่าชดใช้และค่าปรับ
- เงินในบัญชีมีอายุ 6 เดือนนับจากวันที่เติมเงินครั้งล่าสุด หากครบกำหนด บริษัทจอห์นชาวไร่ เกมส์เซ็นเตอร์ จำกัด ขอสงวนสิทธิ์นำเงินคงเหลือออกโดยไม่แจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
การใช้งานโดยผู้เยาว์
หากผู้ใช้บริการมีอายุต่ำกว่า 18 ปี จะต้องได้รับอนุญาตจากผู้ปกครอง ผู้ปกครองจะต้องยอมรับเงื่อนไขการให้บริการนี้แทนผู้เยาว์ และรับผิดชอบการใช้งานทั้งหมดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบัญชีดังกล่าว
ข้อกำหนดเกี่ยวกับค่าเงินในเกม
ค่าเงินในเกม ไม่สามารถซื้อขายหรือแลกเปลี่ยนระหว่างผู้เล่นได้ และใช้ได้เฉพาะบัญชีของผู้ที่ซื้อเท่านั้น

Terms of Service
1. Account Registration
Users are required to create an account in order to use the services provided on this platform. Registration may be completed using an email address or through supported social media platforms.
Users may modify or update their account information at any time in accordance with the procedures provided by the Company.
If registration is completed through a social media platform, John Chowrai Games Center Co., Ltd. may access certain information permitted by the user through the relevant platform provider, in accordance with the Company's policies.
2. Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including usernames and passwords.
Any activity conducted through the user's account shall be deemed to have been performed by the account holder.
John Chowrai Games Center Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access or use of a user’s account.
3. Finality of Transactions
Users acknowledge and agree that transactions that have been successfully completed cannot be cancelled, modified, altered, or revoked.
All completed transactions shall be considered final and binding.
4. Account Suspension
The Company reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account in the event that the password is entered incorrectly more than the number of permitted attempts.
Users may contact the Company to request the removal of such suspension.
5. Password Recovery
If a user forgets their password, they may reset it through the Company’s platform by using the registered email address.
For security reasons, John Chowrai Games Center Co., Ltd. reserves the right to decline assistance in cases where users forget their registered email address or are unable to access their email account.
6. Use of Account and Platform Services
Users may utilize their accounts to deposit funds into the platform, purchase digital products, and/or access other services that the Company may introduce in the future.
7. Service Fees
Users agree to pay service fees in accordance with the rates determined by the Company.
John Chowrai Games Center Co., Ltd. reserves the right to modify service fees at any time without prior notice.
8. Nature of Service
Users acknowledge that John Chowrai Games Center Co., Ltd. acts solely as an intermediary for the sale of digital products and services.
The Company is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any game developers or publishers.
Refusal of Service
John Chowrai Games Center Co., Ltd. reserves the right to refuse service under the following circumstances:
Transactions involving false or misleading information
Transactions with unusual or suspicious usage patterns
Payments made through channels or accounts that are not properly registered
If the Company detects payments originating from a bank account or e-wallet that does not match the registered user information, the Company reserves the right to suspend the account until identity verification is completed.
If the user fails to complete verification within 7 business days, the Company reserves the right to deny service.
If identity verification cannot be completed, the Company reserves the right to take no further action without prior notice.
Additional Provisions
John Chowrai Games Center Co., Ltd. will make reasonable efforts to ensure the availability and reliability of its services. However, the Company shall not be liable for any delays, errors, or service interruptions caused by technical systems or third-party services.
Users agree not to exploit any system errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for personal benefit. If such activity is detected, the Company reserves the right to immediately suspend the account without prior notice and may pursue compensation and penalties.
Funds stored within the platform account will remain valid for 6 months from the date of the most recent deposit. If no activity occurs within this period, John Chowrai Games Center Co., Ltd. reserves the right to remove any remaining balance without prior notification.
Use by Minors
Users under the age of 18 years must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before using the service.
The parent or guardian must accept these Terms of Service on behalf of the minor and shall be responsible for all activities conducted through the minor’s account.
In-Game Currency Policy
In-game currency purchased through the platform cannot be transferred, traded, or exchanged between players and is intended for use solely within the account of the purchaser.
